Who is this Guy?

His name is Clayton Lindberg.  He is proud to be born and raised in Langley. (Approx 30 years)

Some have dubbed him "Mr. Langley".  There are very few people he doesn't know or at least recognize. For those he hasn't met he looks forward to meeting you.

Clay has been with his very patient wife Kathy for over 15 years. They have 2 beautiful girls, Brooke and Madison. Most say they take after their mom. The family lives and goes to school in Langley area and they love it there.

Before entering into Real Estate, Clay obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Victoria majoring in Psychology and Economics.  He graduated at the top of his class despite a very active social life.

Clay started in Real Estate almost 7 years ago and he wished he had done it sooner.  In his 1st year he made Royal LePage Rookie of the Year.  In that year he also managed to average the sale of one home every nine days.

Since day 1 he has always maintained in the top 10% of all Realtors in the Fraser Valley and received numerous sales achievement awards including "Best Dressed"  (that may have been a joke).

Clay is very active in the local community.  He is the coordinator for the Blanket Drive and chairs the annual charity golf tournament and Royal Lepage charity dance. He also supports Big Brothers and Sisters and is recognized as one of the largest contributors to the Shelter Foundation (Royal Lepage's own charity).  He has also created Christmas for Kids in which Clay and his team go to an inner city elementary school the day before Christmas break, provide a barbeque lunch, give every child a small gift and of course- bring Santa.

Clay brings a unique and fun style to buying or selling your home.  This sets him apart from other realtors and he attributes this to his success.  Clay is accessible and his wife says jokingly, "Too accessible".  If you would like to talk Real Estate whether it is over 9 holes or over a cold one, give him a call.
